I have been exploring
the fundamentals of abstract art and color dynamics in a two-dimensional,
utopian, time-less, form-less, and shape-less environment.
As an engineer, and zealous follower of the Bauhaus School,
I have embedded concepts of open, closed, and fractal geometry in
my art.
However, my quest was not to reproduce another form of abstract art
but to introduce new elements in it. Thus, I choose to experiment
with the concepts of "emotion" and "kinesis", not as illustrators
of abstract forms but as supplementary elements. The quest gave
birth to a "face".
A face -devoid from its natural structure and
hypostasis- disregards geometry and aesthetics, consists of
a simple line, and becomes the balance element of an unidentified
and obscure landscape, while communicating emotions.
My art visualizes the dialogue between colors' extravagant contradictions
and a two-dimensional emotions communicator while reflecting the
passage from the geometrical illustration of shapes to the fractal
illustration of emotions.
